“Where do I even begin to describe this angel of a human being? It was a blessing from the universe that Michael Khachadoorian ended up shooting our wedding. I can’t even fully describe the amount of thankfulness I feel. For years I’ve worked with Michael on editorials and he and his entire team are all a complete dream. They are punctual, easy going, professional and have the best equipment to shoot all types of projects and events. Michael would have been my first choice of hire for our wedding but I didn’t think he’d sign up for the job since I’ve known him in the workplace as a high-level and well-desired editorial and commercial lifestyle photographer. Thus, I hired someone else that I was OK with, but in the end, it wouldn’t be the same as having Michael. A year had gone by since hiring the other wedding photographer and something called fate happened… The Tuesday before our wedding, half of the photo duo we hired emailed to say she wouldn’t be joining and she had replaced herself with a photographer we would never have hired. As you can imagine, dropping this news on someone getting married in less than a week adds some major anxiety to the mix! Also, the replacement offered wasn't going to fit the style we were looking for and my husband and I were truly upset. So I called Michael and told him the story and little did I know, he also shoots weddings!!!! I immediately felt major regret that I hadn’t followed my gut to see if he shot weddings from the get-go. Luckily, Michael ended up being free on our date and he stepped in as an additional hire for our big day. His team shot both photo and video and the moments they captured remain our favorite images from the day. The video brings us to tears every time we watch it, and helps us remember all of the things that went right versus the stressful moments that can stick out. Michael’s assertive yet loving energy is exactly what we needed on our wedding day. Had he not been there, I think our experience would have been far different. He helped turn frustrating situations into truly positive ones. He made us feel excited to be in front of the camera and we felt comfortable knowing he was capturing all of our special moments. He is a rare breed because not only is he incredibly talented, but he engages you and your wedding guests in a way that captures the most memorable of moments. I’ve also been hearing the best stories about how awesome and fun he is from our guests… They all keep saying Michael is the sweetest, he’s so incredible, Michael’s just the best! Over and over people are singing his praises, obviously myself included!!!! I would give anything to rewind and just have Khachadoorian Photography be our sole photographers and videographers if I could. I will refer Michael and his team endlessly as they made what could have put a major damper on our wedding day into a far better situation. We are forever grateful!!!!!!! Do not look further, don’t make my same mistake I did. Hire this guy from the get-go if he’s available, it will save you time and remove so much stress leading up to and including your wedding day, and you won’t regret it for a second.”

“Our wedding day would not have been as special had it not been captured by our good friend and photographer Michael Khachadoorian. He has this infectious joy and positive energy that makes it so easy to smile around him and he makes sure he gets all of that on camera. He knew my wife and I were hungry and even stopped to offer us some snacks to keep the hangry monster from coming out. Michael’s direction and the way he curated the shots for the wedding party was quick and painless! He had a light shining from him… I don’t think he needed the flash on the camera honestly. I’m so happy we had the privilege of having him as our wedding photographer. He has mastered when to be seen and when to capture moments in stealth mode seamlessly doing that dance all day, he made it look easy! Thank you Michael, we appreciate the beautiful moments and memories you encapsulated for us.”

“WHAT I THINK sets me apart…

…is that I truly care. I really do care how a client’s needs are met, how they feel on set, how the final shot looks, getting in more shots than anticipated, etc, because I know from experience what it’s like to be the client. I know what it means to truly make a promise and over-deliver on that promise. I will do whatever it takes. Take that literally.. WHAT EVER IT TAKES to get the job done right, as if my life depends on it, because in the end, it does! This is what I love, and my family (and my crew) depends on me to deliver. I AM FOREVER GRATEFUL for the trust my clients put in me, and I give everything I possibly can to exceed their expectations each and every opportunity that comes my way.”
